Facebook page to share retreat photos and experiences

Post by Eva »

Hello everyone,

This is to let you know that Kristin Lortie created a Facebook group to have a central place for those that believe in the gift of the Divine Love to share our memories from the 2015 Divine Love retreats in Gibsons and Oceanside, including photos, videos, memorable moments, and to then to continue the discussion and collaboration as we are so moved.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/744557159004135/

This is a closed group, so non-members can see the group and the members, but cannot see individual posts. If you don’t have access to the group, please send a PM (Personal Message) to Kristin Lortie or Eva Peck and one of them will approve your request.

Feel free to add members to the group, which you can do in two ways:
(1) If you are Facebook friends, via the Members field on the right-hand side of the group, you can easily add the user you would like to add using the "Add People to Group" option.
(2) If you are not Facebook friends, but know the email address of the person you would like to add, you can select the "Invite by Email" option to add a friend via their email address.

Once you are a group member, you can access the group on the left-hand side of your Facebook home screen. If you see another Divine Love person who may wish to be included, please feel free to add them -- they can 'ungroup' at any time. If you receive an email invitation and wish to join the group, you do not need to sign up for Facebook (if you are not already a Facebook member), you can just select the "join" button in the email to access the group.

You can also use the "Share" feature in Facebook to share photos from the retreats that you have posted (or see posted) on your or another person’s Facebook page. Once you click "Share", you can share by selecting our group.

I hope this information is helpful. It has been great fun to see the photos and read comments, and to know that they are located in our own collective scrapbook.

Thank you Kristin for your initiative and the information on how this works.
Love to all, Eva
