Wake-Up Call for the Soul

This is a forum to share what projects you are working on, or may work on. The idea is to avoid duplication of effort, as its easy for a lot of wasted effort to occur.

I thought some of you might be interested in my take on the current crisis within the United Methodist Church, of which I am a part. The church is deeply divided regarding scriptural interpretations of sexual and gender diversity.

I haven't really been very interested in church politics until it became clear to me that this issue relates to the core of the gospel of God's Unconditional Divine Love. I just can't be quiet about this matter when there are so many people making erroneous scriptural interpretations more important than expressing God's Unconditional Love to all human souls.

Thank you for listening!

Here is my latest post, a poem - The Baptism of the Soul. My first published poem in many years.

May it speak to your soul.

Thank you Bill for sharing this poem. It's a powerful one capturing the angst of truly knowing soul over mind. The truth can sting but the aftermath of this shift to truth is well worth the pain. Love brings joy always. God bless........Al
Endless journey,endless Love.

This is great Bill -- nice job. Stories can be a powerful teaching tool and having them all together in one book can make them more accessible to people and/or reach different people than your blog.
