News from the DLSF Board June 29, 2013

Dear Friends,

Our earnest board of directors met yesterday and our excitement in planning the Blackpool Retreat continues to grow! Thanks to Betty for taking on the role of Registrar and to Terry for taking on the role of arranging catering, logistics, etc. I am writing to encourage you -- no -- I should say URGE you to please take the time to register if you are planning to come!

The facility has limited space and through our networks we have received news from many individuals that they plan to come but they haven't actually registered! We need to provide the caterers and suppliers with the number of people attending in order to get best prices and figure out what we need to purchase and where we are going to have our meals, break out groups, etc. For many I know you've already booked your flights and hotel -- now we need your registration!

Thank you for your consideration -- this will really help us in planning!
