The two main topics of our discussion yesterday focussed on the development of our new website and planning the Divine Love Retreat in Blackpool, England Oct 4 - 7.

The World Healing Crusade in Blackpool is providing us with the use of their facility to host the retreat....so now we have confirmed a location for the gathering, we are researching hotels, catering, restaurants, local transportation, weather, etc.! There is much to consider when developing a Registration Package...we hope to have it ready within a couple of weeks.

Thanks to Dennis Tormey for the countless hours he's been spending on the development of a new website. Dennis is blessed with incredible patience as we keep editing copy, changing our minds and making endless requests on his time! We're now at the stage where we just want to get it launched, such as is, knowing that it will be under continued development for some time to come! Our immediate goal is to complete the registration package and offer online registration.

Please consider joining us in Blackpool! Here's the scoop:

* Friday, Oct 4: Meet and Greet Reception and opening prayer
* Saturday and Sunday: Oct 5 & 6: Each day doors will open at 9 am; prayer circles twice each day, from 10-11 and 4:00 - 5:00. Catered light refreshments at reception Friday evening and lunches both Saturday and Sunday. Break out Groups morning and afternoon.

*Monday, Oct 7: For those participants who are able to stay longer in the Blackpool area, we will offer another prayer circle Monday morning at 10:00 am....with the rest of the day for Free Time.

* Tuesday, Oct 8: Al and Jeanne will facilitate a day of prayer and spiritual discussion for the World Healing Crusade. All Retreat participants are welcome to join us.

Dr. Tim O'Higgins, Chairman of the World Healing Crusade, has secured an excellent group price at the Royal Hotel in Blackpool, about a 10 minute walk from the WHC facility. The booking is under "Sanctuary". If you are researching flights, Blackpool is located about one hour by train from Manchester airport.Apparently the train station is located beside the Manchester airport.Those in Europe could look into the possibility of flying into Blackpool via Ryan Air.

So far, I have received indication that approximately 25 people -- from Australia, Namibia, Uganda, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, California, Chili, Ireland, continental United States and Canada are all planning to attend! As you can read in the messages we received yesterday following our board meeting, we believe this Retreat is going to be very significant in bringing Light and Love into our troubled world. We hope you will join us!
