I was hoping by making this post other people might mention how they have know for themselves. But since the forum isn't used much I guess that's not likely.

How do we know if what we are experiencing is Expiation? Like versus self inflicted suffering... I've done a search on the forum here and the Padgett messages and I'm not really getting a clear answer and I don't get clear answers from above either. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Terror is hard to put into words and sadly medical doctors haven’t been much help. It fluctuates between terror, panic and fear and seems to show up for no apparent reason ...

Can anyone share experiences of how to overcome terror? The intensity is overwhelming and I’m not sure how prayer is helping.
