As I see Al hadn't yet responded to your passing question...if it makes any difference I think it means "In my humble opinion"...just like imo means "in my opinion", or lol, "laughing out loud" and such.

Oh one can only pray/hope that this phase of his life lessons are over and that brighter and happier times are in the making again! Praying and hoping for him.
